This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 6 Past tenses, was very similar to Present tenses, and will continue in Future tenses. Again we learned form, usages, classroom ideas, and typical student mistakes/errors. I particularly enjoy learning about these areas since I have myself forgotten how many tenses their were within the three main parts. Learning about the sentence structures is specifically my biggest interest thus far. This unit covered present tense and the various forms that can be used with present tense. I learned that although the idea of tense is simple. Trying to find a way/rule to explain it was not an easy task. This would certainly be hard for someone who speaks an Asian language with 1 tense. As a teacher in an Asian country this will need to be carefully considered when trying to teach students.
