This unit on managing classes is an extremely useful study for a teacher.I learned how minute details like an eye contact , voice tone and gesture makes such a difference for the positive learning of the students.Classroom arrangement and grouping are important aspects for the best outcome of the students and this is very well explained. Overall a very detailed, practical and useful unit.I still have a lot to learn about teaching. I always thought that teaching is just teaching something that we can see in the books or textbooks.... Now, I'm beginning to understand that being a teacher is not easy. I need to be dedicated, passionate and everything in order for the student to learn something. I need to memorize and understand terms and methods to achieve a real teaching.
