This unit broke down the present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous tenses. As native speakers, we don't usually think about these various forms but an non-native English speaker will have a difficult times understanding and using these various tenses if the teacher does not know how to explain the different meanings behind them.I find future tenses to be one of the more complicated topics for students to grasp. I think this unit might be making it a bit too complicated, though, by breaking it down into so many different possible uses. I think it is better to take the more complicated uses, such as present tense used for future tense, into a future lesson to be less confusing for the students.
