In my past experience creative materials make the lessons more interesting, current and up to date, and life skills related. The examples that were given in Chapter 9 are most helpful in considering what materials to use in my own class room to make the learning objectives obtainable and knowledge based. In conclusion a combination of published materials and my creative ones combined usually work the best.It is important to the teacher to understand the different future tenses and how to use them in the English language to be able to teach the students. It is important to understand how to use the different tenses because of the meaning they give to sentences and how they can change the whole speech. The students will have to learn that to transmit a certain message they will have to use the correct tenses.
