Here we dealt with course books and lesson materials a teacher can use to facilitate the students in their learning. We discussed authentic material (magazines, movies, etc.), created material (flash cards, crossword puzzles, etc.), and course books (Cambridge More, Trinity, etc.). I learned that it is a good idea to incorporate all of these into your course instead of just relying on one medium.I enjoyed this lesson and how it approaches teacher and student interactions. This is a good lesson for anyone who has not been in a mentoring or parenting position. Although I enjoyed the lesson, this is one that can only be truly learned through experience. Interacting with people and managing groups can be taught in theory, but can only be truly understood and reinforced through experience.
