This was a very interesting unit which provides valuable information on teaching resources and materials. I learnt that it is important to use a text book to provide structure to the class, but it is also important to ensure that the class is adapted to the level of the students. The importance of authentic texts is clear in this unit, and I think they are very important in terms of engaging the students and keeping them motivated.Many different tenses and ideas can be used with future meanings, so the future is one of the most complex areas of the English language. Most common of them are the future simple, the future continuous, the future perfect, the future perfect continuous, 'going to' future, the present simple, the present continuous. The present simple and the present continuous are normally used as present tenses, but also have future applications.
