This unit presented useful information about how to warm students up to learning English, and how to deal with students who maybe reluctant to participate in class. I found the section on large classrooms to be very helpful because there maybe times when I would be called upon to teach a large group of students. This final unit will be a great resource to me as I embark on my teaching career.Chapter Five explains the importance of having the structure of a lesson plan but not at the detriment of student learning. You can have the best plan in the world, but students must be engaged and open. Once the engaged stage is over, you can move on the study phase, usually involving drilling and word puzzles. The final stage is the action phase which has students externalize the lesson.
