This unit was enjoyable. I can see how these factors of arrangement and dynamics of the students and teacher can be tricky and necessary to adjust to. Students' personalities, age, and nationalities are things in which are simply personal amd social factors. Seeing how these factors are in everyday life in social dynamics, it is enjoyable to see these factors are considered in the course and in the teaching environment.This unit is about the materials used in the classroom. It covers both authentic and non-authentic materials. It is noted that the teacher should be careful in choosing the materials. Sources of materials include books, magazines, newspapers and the internet. Lastly, the unit presents a sample lesson plan using the ESA framework. I find this unit useful in addition to what I have learned from the 120-hour TESOL training.
