This unit introduces all 4 forms of the present tense. I know how to use all these forms but it's always been challenging for me to explain their usage to someone learning english. This provided a very good overview of all the key points needed in order to teach this tense to students, as well as a few activity ideas for the activate stage, which I think will come in handy for me to build up on them once I start teaching.This unit covered the different forms of past tense verbs. It talked about how to differentiate each verb form. For example, all past perfect verb forms will have a form of the verb 'to have' followed by the past participle form of the verb. Unit 6 also gave several detailed explanations of when you should use each verb form. It also gave examples of common mistakes and teaching methods for the activate stage of a lesson.
