I am currently an Au Pair, throughout this unit, I have read a few things that I think might be able to not only help me in my teaching career, but also help establish and bring in some discipline.
I feel that with each unit I get more insight as to how to organize a class so that all the student gets treated equally and everyone's able to treat each other with respect.
Respect has always been an very important part of a lot of stuff in my life. I am also aware of as they said in the unit, you have to treat the student with the respect you expect from them. My only problem comes in with the ones that you may have respect for but they do not seem to have any respect. This is where I think it would be best to consult from an colleague.
