This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit was by the far the hardest of all units I have do to this point. This unit showed the importance of preparing a lesson plan so that the class runs smoothly, has clear objectives and is able to be fitted into the time allocated for the class. It also allows you to set personal goals about whether the aims were achieved and how you went in conducting the class. It also stressed the importance of being prepared beforehand and making sure all relevant materials and equipment is on hand for the exercises you have set out, the lesson plan also acts as a historical document so that you can see what you have previously done and make sure that the next class follows on with new information and that previous exercises are not repeated.
