Rapport with the students and how to arrange a classroom are very important. The size of the class can determine the shape of the seating. I may plan on a lot of group work so I may place my students in a horseshoe bend seating. Also understanding using class time efficiently is important. If I have several things to write on the board i could have a student or a few write it for me as an exercise.An effective teacher must learn how to control the activities in the classroom. They must also learn how to produce an output. A teacher must encourcage the students to practice accuracy and Fluency. Accuracy should be implemented through the guidance of the teacher and at the same time a teacher should also let their students to be creative in exploring new language using fluency based activities.
