The twentieth unit \"Troubleshooting\" dedicates the most common problem situations that teachers can have in the classroom and proposes ways of dealing with them.The common difficulties are: difficulties with listening texts,using of native language,large classes,different levels of English language.From this unit I've learnt how to solve problem situations in the classroom.Unit 20(common problem situations)shows us some of the most common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom and suggests ways of dealing with them.In the first lesson teachers deal with new groups and existing groups.In these classes it is important for teachers to establish a rapport with the students as this will set a tone for the rest of the course.
