I've learnt the importance of developing the speaking and writing skills for a better correct and clear communication. Good strategies and methodologies that help the teacher to conduct the lessons and creating the opportunity for the students to practive both the speaking and writing skills in class. The games used to motivate and create a good atmosphere and interaction between the students are great tools to increase the interest of the students and to ease the axercising of writing, once this is more difficult and most of times the students don't want to do. The speaking skill is usually more valued by the students however, it's the teacher's duty to help them to learn and understand the importance of the writing skill for their fluency.
