This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit covered the various forms and uses of the future tenses. These include: future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, 'going to' plus infinitive, and a new one for me, present simple and present continuous. The latter two are not tenses I have previously seen grouped under the future tenses. The uses of the various forms of the future tenses were given with examples, which I found very useful - especially together with the examples of how students could possibly misuse the particular form of the future tense. In all, this was a concise and clear description of future tenses, although I think it will still be somewhat difficult for me to explain the subtleties of the right form to use, to beginners.
