I have learnt from this unit that good learners can be \"produced\" only by a good teacher. A good teacher should be kind, patient and polite; he should really love teaching and be able to involve all students in the learning process. A good teacher should have different roles during the lesson, use diffrent teaching techniques and visual materials. A good teacher should be able to elicit as much as he/she can from the students to get more information about what they already know and what they need to know. It is also very essential to establish a good rapport with students and to anticipate their possible difficulties. A good teacher also should be able to use his/her voice, mime and gestures to help students to be involved into the language.
