After reading this unit I've known that a good teacher should be patient and kind, enthusiastic and lively, should motivate students, give help to students when it's necessary, correct them without offending. Depending on the stages of a lesson and what results should be achieved, the teacher should have different kinds of role from a manager to a controller. Besides it a good learner should have desire to learn, accept the correction of mistakes, have a willingness to ask questions, experiment with the language, listen to the language. To achieve this the good teacher should consider the age of learners, their culteral features, the level of language knowledge, the motivation of the learners. All mentioned above helps the learners to succeed.
