What I feel I have learnt from this unit is that there are many difference approaches that can be taken in order to create an effective lesson. Knowing my students, the cultures and learning stage is extremely important to help this. Its important to Engage all students to help them feel comfortable in a classroom, relax and get them all motivated and enthusiastic to participate. Making sure the lesson structure, tools, games and materials differ form lesson to lesson is a good way of keeping the attention of the class over different lessons. High student talk time, minimal disruptions from the teacher and a structured well organized lesson will assist in student success and less confusion. Completion of each lesson must be with the Activate stage.
