In this unit, I get clear concepts on what good personalities a good teacher have, how a good teacher teaches in a classroom. There are many ways how to make a classroom teaching efficiently and successfully. Teachers should get a good observation of the learner responses. Some students are inactive or nervous, then teacher, like a caretaker, should be patient and properly guide them; for students are overactive, the teacher should change another role - being a controller/manager to control the discipline in a classroom, make sure the lessons are fluent. Sometimes, teachers may have to change their lesson plan to facilitate some incident in the classroom. Last, but not least, the material design should be appropriate the level of the target learner.
