Beeing a good teacher means not only to have a high level of knowledge but also to be able to motivate students to learn. During a lesson a teacher will have different roles such as organizer, participant or a model...It is very important for the teacher to know which role should he/she employ and that depends on the type of activity and what is expected from the students to achieve. In my opinion, the most important role of a teacher is to make studying enjoyable, especially when dealing with young learners (2-18 years old). Otherwise there is a possibility that the students will completely lose their motivation and interest in the subject. When that happens at such a young age, it may be very challenging to restore a lost motivation in the future.
