This unit was all about troubleshooting, and addressed a few problems that I might face in the classroom. I like the idea of \"warmers\" or warm-up activities. Fun games to get the students thinking and speaking in English, while also setting them at ease. Showing the students that learning English can be fun, and that I am not a scary foreigner. I really love to play hangman, only I changed the game to 'walk the plank'. So rather than hanging a stick figure, I erase the boards of a plank on a pirate ship in shark infested water. The tips on what to do with different level students was good, for example putting weak and strong students together, using the same material but assigning different tasks, and handing out different material completely.
