From this unit, 3 core concepts will guide my future teaching are: 1. qualities that a good teacher should have & the roles teacher should play; 2. qualities that a good leaner should have & learners in different ages; 3.Identification of English levels under EU framework. Those concepts help me to understand how I prepare to be a real good teacher and what kinds of role I need to play during my class or even after class. Sometimes I do have mistakes which Unit 1 mentioned (as a qualified teacher you should be and shouldn't be), also as I am teaching in China, I think Chinese English teachers only play 2-3 roles while they are teaching.
