Unit 2 focuses on the English grammatical structure. It helps the teacher to classify all the \"words\" that compose a sentence in different categories according to their meaning and purpose. From a simple sentence to a more complicated one, the student must be able to analyse each parts of speech that is included in a sentence. Furthermore, the teacher has to focus on teaching the order of those words in the sentence; the relationship between the words has to be defined and clear.
The grammatical structure has regular/general rules, but, sometimes, it can be irregular. The role of the teacher, then, is to make the students practise through different activities and games. The teacher must involve the learner as much as possible to simplify its comprehension.
