This unit is of special interest to me, it's about managing a classroom. It explains how to organize and manage a class successfully while being relaxed, confident, friendly, inspiring and disciplined. I consider myself an introvert person, reason why I am interested in learning how to manage a classroom and to create a strong connection and rapport with the students, so they can learn in a safe and confident environment.The first video was painful to watch. Although it is hard to be as bad as that teacher, it is a good way to learn that attitude and preparation are key to success in a classroom. The second video demonstrated how important flexibility is in a classroom. Allowing students to make mistakes without reprimanding them proved to be helpful. Students were able to fix the mistake themselves and learn on their own for that matter.
