In this unit i learned how to organize and manage the classroom. A well managed classroom offers a conducive enviroment for effective teaching and learning to take place. This unit has stressed the importance of establishing rules and procedure for general classroom behavior, pairwork, groupwork, seat work, and the importance of building rapport with students and some strategies that can be used in the language classroom.This section mirrored that of the present tenses by defining the simple, continuous, present and present continuous forms. Like in other lessons, it listed words that defect from the rules as well as common mistakes that students make. This sections similar presentation helped me better absorb the material and the task sheet questions were asked in ways that I think helped me better understand the purpose of these tenses.
