The unit gave an overview of all four past tenses, how to form them and their usage. I particularly liked a simple way it showed how to present students with the structure of the past tenses. Also, some ideas were given on how to practice them in the activate stage. Although, I feel the unit was too short and compressed. I would also like to see more examples of how to practice the past tenses and what activities to use.After studying this unit i realised i only had a very brief idea about past tense upto now.Therefore it definitely helped me to widened my grammer knowledge about this tense. Since each Theory is supported by examples it made the lesson interesting & easy to absorb. Also it gave me an idea about the methods of teaching that should be adopted specially when teaching grammer to students,as i am the student in this situation
