As a language learner myself this was really good because I got exposed to some things that my be considered more useful and more interesting. This is a very interesting point covered in the section. The different purposes we have when we start doing something and as a teacher I learned it is very important for me to keep these interests or goals sometimes both in mind when setting up a lesson to teach receptive skills to the students.I have always had a hard time learning all the tenses, even when I was still in elementary.
