I believe this is an important area because students can get very nervous around testing. I think it should be natural and ongoing but of course parents in Vietnam may think differently so I think there needs to be a balance.In this unit i have learned how to deal with the first class situations. How to start the first class, how to distinguish students language level,what we should prepare and so on. Warmers help us to break the ice so we should start our lessons with warmers: hangman, pictionary,memory gaes and tongue twisters. If we are having a lesson in a large class unit 20 shows us how to deal with with it.
