This unit was very interesting as it gave a live perspective of teaching in the classroom and made us understand how crucial a role the teacher's behaviour plays. We were able to analyze on a comparative scale the difference of teaching, and its direct relation with student participation in class. The second lesson was more interesting than the first because of the teacher's lively and encouraging attitude.This unit goes into more detail on the lesson planning methodology, highlighting appropriate tasks and tools to ensure for a smoothly ran, effective lesson. It also outlines the importance of self evaluation and being able to improve upon your teaching methods. I feel that after this unit, I am much more confident in being able to plan a lesson, with tasks that are ideal for the learner type, and age range.
