i feel after reading this unit that i have learned about the effective way of using materials. I have learned what materials are and also how to adapt this into my teaching. I think that we should always use our materials in the correct way for the students needs instead of reading a course book and handing it out to any student without knowing the needs .Grammar is always challenging, for students as well as for teachers. As native speakers or self taught language students we never really think to much of the theoretical aspect of grammar. We use the grammatical structures and forms but we find it difficult to explain why. This unit makes everything clear in order to understand how and when we use past tense.
