I have learned from this unit the common problem situations and what to do when faced with that kind of dilemma. For example, it is important that for the first lessons, the teacher must use the first lesson to establish rapport between the students and also between the teacher and the class. Also, during the first lesson, the teach can use it to find out about the students to be able to plan future lessons.In this module we learned about how we can start teaching a business English class in terms of the materials that we can use, different techniques and methods, and the different themes we can follow to aid the teaching process. We learned about 6 different ones :using case studies as a tool, frameworking, problem based learning, how to use games in the classroom, computer aids in teaching, speech act theory.
