This unit was rather easy and down-to-earth. When I went through it, I could understand quickly how I can possibly adapt my teaching in a business setting. Teaching themes is I must admit very challenging and the ideas that were provided were very helping and easy to understand. Nevertheless, I assume that I will fully grasp it by actually having those lessons in real. I am a bit more mentally prepared.This unit goes over the different roles a teacher might have in class, the possible types of students you may encounter as a Business English teacher, the advantages and disadvantages of teaching adults, the differences in the approach when teaching individual students and when teaching groups, the basic language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking), teaching methods and lesson structuring.
