In this unit, I have learnt so much aboout classroom arrangements and how should be a good teacher porforme properly, there are a lot of details we need to bear in mind so that you can use them properly and flexibly in class. Sometimes, we may come acrose the students who has really bad behavious because they don't want to learn and they don't care at all, but we still need to show our best patience and good temper at the most!The review of the teaching methods was enjoyable. Since I am a trainer, I have followed the changes in teaching adults over the years, but not in teaching English as a Foreign Language. There are many parallels in training methods so I feel comfortable with the Engage - Study - Activate model and look forward to using it. I wonder how TEFL teachers, if they are working with limited resources, consistently come up with lessons.
