I found the information in this lesson to be a little bit general overall. However, I still found it to be useful in terms of constructing lessons for teaching vocabulary, grammar, or usage of English. I like all the examples provided that show how to construct a lesson using the engage, study, and activate method. This will help me in the future as a reference in constructing lessons.In this unit, Unit Three: Theories, Methods and Techniques, I have learned about the various ways of teaching English as an additional language to new learners. I have learned different methods that I could follow such as the Patchwork method or the Boomerang lesson, and I have learned when it is appropriate to correct students and when it is important for self-correction to take place.
