Interesting to read about the background of teaching methods. I didn't realize there have been so many (alternative) forms of teaching. The pro's and cons of the different methods are explained very well, and it is clear why ESA is a good form to teach English. The list of activities are very helpful and inspiring - I could already envision lessons I would give.This unit is about adopting effective teaching methodologies in a language class. ESA method is one of the best methods for students at all levels. It helps teachers to prepare students actively for the class through warm ups. They are also guided to learn new things. Students are then given the opportunity to apply what has been taught into real life situation.
