This unit covers common areas of troubleshooting for: first lessons, warmup exercises, different English levels within a single class, large classes, reluctant students, use of native language and difficulty with listening texts. Many tips are given for each issue for how the teacher can troubleshoot. This unit was very helpful for all of the tips regarding each issue.Differences of authentic materials and created material. Authentic materials are more interesting and motivating. Students gain confidence from it. Created materials include a lot games, is easy to get understand. And for the course book, most important thing is not base all lessons from it and made myself lazy. And all the method in ESA. Reinforce the ESA in my mind.
