I thought I was well educated in the language of English having been through school but I have come to the realization that I am not as educated as I once thought. I have learned the many grammatical parts of speech such as verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives, and the many subsets of of each main part. I did not realize it could be broken down into so many parts and it could be just as confusing for the teacher as it is for the student if things are not organized well and kept in a particular order when it comes to actually teaching the lesson. It gave an example of lesson you can use to teach adverbs in particular and I found that interesting as that gave me ideas as to how I can get students more involved, and I can make the lesson easy to understand as well.
