From this first unit I now have insight into what are the important attributes of a good learner and good teacher, motivating me to further cultivate these attributes for when I become a teacher and to be able to identify students may possess these attributes and those who may not, allowing me to help the later in developing these attributes in class. Thereby providing a teaching and learning environment that will allow my teaching to be delivered as effectively as possible, whilst being as receptive as possible for the students. Similarly, by becoming aware of the important roles a teacher can adopt, I will be able to adapt these roles to my teaching, and the needs and differences for each of these student groups, helping me to become the best teacher I can be.
