There are Beginner groups,Individual lessons, Business English groups, Young Learner groups, multilingual and monolingual groups.I learned a lot in the Business English category,like how it is important to start with the level test, then the needs analysis and the the group needs negotiation. Afterwards, the teacher can plan out the syllabus. There should also be a course evaluation.With all groups it is important to only speak in English at all times.There are significant differences between monolingual groups and multilingual groups. An advantage with multilingual groups is that they only have English in common since the rest of the group doesn't speak their native language. In monolingual groups the students have needs in common that the teacher can work with.
