This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit covered the different forms of conditional sentences as well as the differences between direct and reported speech. I learned the form and usage of the five main conditionals which are zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditional. The unit also covered ways to teach conditionals through the use of split sentences, chain conditionals and role play. This unit covers the future tense I was just expecting 4 tenses not 7 as I did not count the last 3 even though it is future tense. I really think I have all my tenses down now. I have a greater understanding on how the tenses work and also nice ideas on how to teach them if I ever need to. I think I found this unit the easiest of the 3 tenses as the past and present tense units helped prep me for this unit.
