Future tenses is the most complicated of the three tenses because it has other additional forms based on their usage (infinitive, present simple, and present continuous). For students, it is useful to try to teach and compare tenses that are commonly mistaken for each other such as the future simple with the infinitive. The teacher should clearly convey to the student how the usage affects the tenses. What we want to convey in a sentence in which form will lead to choosing the appropriate tense. If we want to convey a past action, a past tense should be used. A present tense with present action and future tense with future action. It is also important to teach the differences of using the present tenses for future expression as opposed to using the future tenses.
