While most of the questions were mainly self-evident, this unit seemed to me very theoretical, So I felt I had to learn it more intensively.
It is clear to me know how to choose the vocabulary and the method to teach it, depending on several factors. But also on how to prepare attractive activities while teaching more heavy parts of the language such as Grammar, Irregular Verbs or Difficult Vocabulary.I found this unit somewhat confusing when thinking about each specific form of speech and how they change from direct to reported.
However, this is an important skill our EAL learners need to be comfortable with because there are numerous opportunities in everyday life for our students to have to report on the speech of others. I found the tables and examples very helpful when thinking about each form.
