In this section I learned the present simple, the present continuous, the present perfect and the past continuous and learned how to use them. I showed me different examples how to use them with sentences ad the complexity between them. I learned how to contract pronouns and verb. I learned how to use the affirmative, negative and interrogative form. This lesson taught me what were the common mistakes done by the learners.I found this unit to be quite challenging when trying to differentiate between present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous tenses. I believe that the three different times (past, present and future) multiplied by the four different aspects (simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous) making 12 types of tenses requires much analysis and practice to gain a complete understanding.
