As I reflect on the content of unit one I realize a greater level of distinction. Distinction in what separates a learner from one level to another. One could assume without having any actual evidence to support the material outlining such distinctions. The categories of students by age I found very beneficial to know the difference with more clarity. Also, I found the adult learner versus the younger learner to be crucial. Based on decision-making abilities and experience the adult learner is distinct.
Ultimately, providing certain parameters surrounding what constitutes a level student, a good learner and a good teacher set a foundation. This foundation is the principal entrance of learning what style and method to teach to that particular individual or group.
