This unit was about sentence breakdown. It broke down every word in each sentence and talked about what it is used for, and how rearranging a few words or changes the tense of words can give a sentence and whole new meaning. This unit was a refresher for me. You have been speaking and writing English for so long and it comes so natural, you forget why you actually use certain words, or what certain words are called. An example would be when I was reviewing the articles and verbs. I knew what the articles were already, but I had forgotten how they are broken up to describe certain things. With the verbs, I know what tense to use when talking or writing, but the reasoning behind as well as what tense I was using was a blur. This unit is very helpful and much needed.
