The unit on classroom management covers the aspects of behavior within a classroom which a teacher has to be aware of, to encourage learning. This includes gestures, voice, eye contact, the right classroom arrangement for the teaching situation, and even the right reasons for doing things which are considered \"self-explanatory.\" I think this is a very practical guide to how to deal with students in a classroom situation, because teaching a group of people has its own particular limitations (e.g. amount of attention given to each student, and control); and benefits (e.g. increasing the possibility of actually using English with various people, not just the teacher). Even after teaching for decades, I learned from this unit, which is a good reason for reading it.
