There are many more present tenses than most other languages. The dozen tenses make it difficult and confusing for an English learner to pick up. By only teaching the more common tenses it makes it easier for the student to learn. A teacher teaching English should have a good understanding of the tenses to better be able to teach the material and answer questions that may arise.this was a nice way to finish with a troubleshooting unit, also the insight into the first lessons of each group was of great value. the warmers suggestions also a big help, and the summary of dealing with large classes and reluctant students was very helpful.the importance of building a rapport with your students reiterated throughout the course is very significant.
