As a teacher, planning for his/her own lessons is essential. Always be prepared for the class, but never lose the flexibiliity to the needs of different students. Even the beginner class needs a well-prepared teacher, that is why it is important to know why you are doing. Action speaks louder than words, it is always easier to think than actually do the job.This Unit has assisted me in understanding the different forms of the present tense, their usages and how to identify them within context. Furthermore, this unit has also showed me how best to plan lessons for teaching the present tense at the activate stage and has also assisted me in error detection when correcting students activities on the present tense.
