Classroom management is for me probably the most challenging part of teaching. Therefore every reminder of some methods as well as just having to think about it again is always helpful. Especially some advices for reducing teacher talking time I found helpful. For example to be consistent in the use of words for certain instructions and to use simple language. I realise that I tend to use more complex language than necessary and since I don't like to say or write things always the same way (in an essay that would considered as a lack of vocabulary and lack of proficiency in language use), I tend to formulate things every time a bit differently. I definitely want to have an eye on that and try to be simpler and more consistent in my use of language towards new learners.
