To be a successful language teacher it is important to understand the correct and most effective methods of teaching. This unit explains very clearly the techniques that we can use in the class as a teacher, and how to plan our lessons so as not to make them monotonous and repetitive. It tells you the correct way and time to correct a student so that you don't discourage or interrupt the flow of the class.This unit was pretty straight forward. I do however disagree that the publisher of a course work book is not important as books can be self-published and can be a very low standard. I feel that regardless of the standard and relativity of the coursework book, created materials should always be used, they can be used at a higher standard than the course work to help enhance the students learning experience.
